LED指示灯闪烁6次，表示T-Con板（Timing Controller Board）或液晶面板故障。T-Con板负责将主板送来的LVDS或V-by-One信号转换为面板驱动信号，其故障会导致显示异常如花屏、白屏、竖线或完全不显示。
常见原因
- T-Con板上的伽马校正芯片（Gamma IC）损坏，导致灰阶异常
- T-Con板供电保险管熔断或DC-DC转换器损坏，无法产生面板所需电压
- T-Con板与面板之间的COF（Chip On Film）排线松动或损坏
- LVDS/V-by-One信号排线接触不良，导致数据传输出错
- 液晶面板内部TAB（Tape Automated Bonding）连接老化脱落
自助排查
- 检查T-Con板与主板、T-Con板与面板之间的排线是否插紧，重新插拔
- 测量T-Con板上关键测试点的电压（VGH约27V、VGL约-7V、VDD约12V）
- 观察故障画面特征：如半屏正常半屏异常，通常为COF排线问题
- 如T-Con板保险熔断，排查后级有无短路；换同型号T-Con板测试

- TAB (Tape Automated Bonding) connections aged or detached inside the LCD panel
Self-Check Steps
- Inspect and reseat all ribbon cables between the main board, T-Con board, and panel
- Measure key test point voltages on the T-Con board (VGH ~27V, VGL ~-7V, VDD ~12V)
- Observe the fault pattern — half-good/half-bad display usually indicates COF ribbon issues
- If the T-Con board fuse is blown, check for downstream shorts before replacing with an equivalent T-Con board
